That sky is awesome! We actually went somewhere to celebrate New Year's Eve this year. We went to by brother and sister-in-laws house and celebrated with family and friends.I haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut in ages! They ARE wonderful. Perfect compliment to coffee!

It looks like your house was about as exciting as ours was on new year's eve. Even though we're in Central Time Zone, we opted to watch the Big Apple fall and declare it a HAPPY NEW YEAR at 11 o'clock our time, 'cause we were dragging. It would've been nice to have toasted with a Krispy Kreme donut, but since they aren't to be found here in Hicksville, USA, I made do with OJ.

I just read about your hubby's surgery. I'll say a prayer for a speedy recovery for him!

We weren't party animals either, we were sound asleep at 11:15 PM only to be awaken at midnight by the dogs because of the firesworks!

Your new years eve sounded like ours except for the donuts. I fell asleep reading and listening to games.

Our furbaby was like that when hubs was in hospital for 2 days also.

Except my hubby had to work new years day...so we had to be a bit quiet giving each other the high fives and welcoming the new year.

Hey Miss Paula :) Your New Year's Eve sounds as exciting as ours was. The teens went to friends so that left the little munchkin home alone with mom & dad. Dad was asleep before 11:00 so I stayed up to watch the ball drop with him and at 12:01 sent him off to bed. Our biggest thrill of the night was playing Mario Kart! lol

Love looking at your barnyard pictures they are always amazing. Take Care :)
